This PrintBug online shop is owned and run by Internova UK Ltd. If you buy goods from this PrintBug online shop you are buying them from Internova UK Ltd. Internova UK Ltd is responsible for maintaining website content and for fulfilling online orders on behalf of our affiliates, who receive commission from each sale.
Please read through these terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them do not use thisPRintBug online shop. If you do access the PrintBug online shop, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
How to Order:
All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details to us directly. We can’t take responsibility for the security of your card details if given this way.
Pricing Policy:
All products on this website are priced in US Dollars. Postage is additional and charged at $6 per first item plus $2 per addditional item.
Unfortunately we do not accept orders from outside USA.
Method of Payment:
You can pay either by VISA, Master Card or Maestro. We are unable to accept Electron cards, cheques, cash, or postal orders through the website. Orders will only be processed if you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode / zip code that appears on your card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Internova UK Ltd for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.
Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Delivery:
Goods are delivered by first class post, and are normally dispatched within 3 working days following receipt of your order. The maximum period for delivery is 30 days from reciept of payment unless specifically agreed with you separately.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time please contact Customer Services by e-mailing enquiries@printbug.com quoting your order reference number.
Out of Stock:
It is our aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the website. If any item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via e-mail and given the choice to select an alternative product, or to wait until the items are available for dispatch.
If you have ordered a number of products and one or more of these is out of stock, your delivery note will indicate a part order and goods marked ‘To Follow’ will be forwarded automatically as soon as they are available.
Return of Goods:
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event please contact Customer Services by e-mailing enquiries@printbug.com before returning items to:

Items must be unused / unworn and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery.
Refunds (including our delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid by cheque which will be sent to you by post.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellations:
The majority of our products are printed to order (customised). We do not allow orders for customised goods to be cancelled once we have produced the goods to your specification. However, at our discretion, there are some circumstances where we may offer to refund the cost of a customised product. Please contact us at enquiries@printbug.com, in the first instance, should you wish to cancel an order for a customised item.
For non-customised goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact Customer Services by emailing enquiries@printbug.com as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you have already received the goods you must return them following the instructions detailed above. Refunds (excluding delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. Refunds are not given for the cost of return postage for un-wanted goods.

Complaints:
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services by emailing enquiries@printbug.com.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
Data Protection and Privacy:
